Job Description
Incident Response (IR) Service Delivery Manager
The IR Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring the success of Obsidian Security’s service delivery to incident response (IR) partners. This role focuses on the overall success and seamless delivery of IR partner engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of Obsidian Security services to IR firms, ensuring the success and satisfaction of partner engagements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Leadership, Partners, Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, and other relevant teams.
- Establish and enhance delivery governance, methodologies, best practices, procedures, and initiatives such as partner enablement and certification programs.
- Act as the primary escalation and resolution point for IR partner satisfaction issues and strategic project initiatives.
- Serve as a technical and managerial liaison between senior practice leadership and IR partners
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as utilization rates, consulting growth, and engagement management to ensure steady workloads and proper staffing.
About You:
- Passionate about cybersecurity, incident response, and helping others in need.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity incident response, security frameworks, and program management
- Proven success in leading cross-functional technical partner and alliance programs
- Strong technical communication skills (verbal and written) with experience briefing executive management.
- Advanced degrees or studies in cybersecurity or related fields
- At least 5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on incident response and management
- Preferred Certifications: GCIH, GCFA, CISSP, CISM

- Base Pay Range: $130-180k per year
Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards [and incentive compensation] based on factors such as experience, skills, and location.
