Requirements
  • Experience successfully implementing complex automation projects as a citizen developer.
  • Understanding of data integrity, application programming interface structures, and logical workflows.
  • Ability to find technical solutions for operational challenges and work in a highly structured manner.
  • Confidence using Airtable or relational databases.
  • Very good command of German and English.
Responsibilities
  • Build, maintain, and scale automation scenarios, preferably in Make or Celonis, to fully automate recurring tasks in Patient Support and Medical Quality operations.
  • Automate operational processes such as ticket routing, escalation workflows, quality checks, and regulatory reporting.
  • Test new automations in close collaboration with the Patient Support, Medical Quality, and Tech teams, and ensure complete documentation.
  • Proactively identify manual steps in the teams’ daily work and replace them with scalable no-code or low-code solutions.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Make is preferred, or with comparable tools such as Zapier, Workato, or n8n.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Airtable or relational databases is preferred.
