Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience working in a legal, licensing, healthcare or other highly regulated environment.
  • High School Diploma / GED required
  • Associate's Degree preferred
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office Products, including Excel
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to set work priorities for multiple tasks
  • Interpretative reasoning ability and commitment to work excellence
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and efficiently resolve issues and interact with all levels of management
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Proven project management skills
  • Ability to perform in a high volume, fast paced environment, and manage multi-task urgent assignments in addition to managing day to day duties

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for a wide range of functions to ensure CVS facilities have the required licenses to allow for uninterrupted and compliant operations for front store business operations.
  • Support front store business segments by renewing and maintaining licenses such as food, waste, scanner, and multiple other front store license categories.
  • Engage cross functionally with various internal departments and field personnel as well as interfacing with external agencies to renew and maintain required licenses.
  • Ensure the successful completion of licensing tasks.
  • Help develop and maintain Standard Work Procedures, focusing on operational improvements.
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to Licensing Coordinators.
