Requirements
  • Must be available to commit to the full program dates: May 19-July 25, 2025 OR June 23-August 29, 2025
  • Must be graduating with an undergraduate degree between April and July 2026
  • Must be willing to relocate to city of job location if outside commuting distance.
  • Must commit to full time hours every week.
  • Must have no more than 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Must have desire for sales; account management, partner / client success, or related field.
  • Must have a growth or learner mindset.
  • Must have empathy and be inclusive.
  • Helpful to have focused degree on a sales or business-related degree (e.g., Business, Hospitality).

Responsibilities
  • You’ll assist your team in growing and optimizing an account portfolio focusing on the adoption of EG's full suite of products and tools.
  • You’ll develop an understanding of and put into practice the sales techniques used in partner engagements to drive business.
  • You’ll uncover partner needs by speaking with partners on the phone, analyzing internal data, and exploring external sources.
  • You’ll understand the industry and competitive landscape of your team.
