Job Description:

Are you a self-starter who wants to use your administrative experience in an exciting and fast-paced organization? We are hiring a senior Administrative Assistant to support the office of CYBERCOM C4/CIO Director in the greater Fort Meade and Columbia, MD region.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform all aspects of administrative and office support activities
• Facilitate knowledge management and record keeping
• Provide assistance with correspondence, conference preparation, document production, travel arrangements, and overall communications
• Monitor deadlines for assigned actions and control the flow of routine correspondence
• Work independently and communicate with all levels of the organization

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required for consideration
• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of related experience; additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• Proficient with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:

• Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint skills
• Previous CYBERCOM experience

Salary Range:
