Requirements
  • 3 - 5 years of related work experience
  • Exceptional time management and project management skills, with the ability to own and drive your own workload
  • Strong understanding of database structure, data hygiene, and analytics
  • An interest in analytics and a proven track record of building full-funnel processes and reporting
  • Strong collaboration and superior communication skills
  • Constantly curious, have a natural affinity to want to learn
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong experience in gathering business requirements and implementing updates to Salesforce
  • Experienced with data visualization, ideally Tableau
  • Experience with marketing platform Hubspot, plus sales enablement tools like Outreach and Gong

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to Salesforce including spearheading strategic projects, maintenance, data migration, and more
  • Lead the overall administration of Salesforce to ensure the maximum benefit is derived
  • Provide support to the CRO in preparing data reports and slides for the board, QBR and investor meetings and other data preparation as required
  • Collaborate effectively with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and other key stakeholders to address reporting requirements
  • Develop and maintain impactful reports, dashboards, and workflow rules which help to drive sales and focus on performance drivers
  • Answer leadership and field questions and provide guidance around key performance metrics, sales compensation, business planning, and other areas as needed
  • Coordinate and lead CRM training and user access for new hires in partnership with HR
  • Lead the efforts to ensure Workera is utilizing the best-in-class sales technology and analytics platforms
  • Lead and drive Salesforce best practices, owning data hygiene, data accuracy and the overall quality of Workera's CRM data
  • Conduct regular reporting covering areas such as web traffic, content engagement, demand generation programs, social media traffic & engagement, email marketing, lead funnel analysis, and more
  • Help drive closed-loop reporting from Leads to Revenue so that we know our ROI by campaign, offer, and source
  • Develop a marketing attribution model
  • Ensure our Marketing tech stack, particularly Hubspot & Salesforce, is set up so that we're collecting the right data in the right way at the right time. It's up to you to make sure we can deliver accurate campaigns for our Marketing team and leads to our Sales team
  • Lead and drive Salesforce best practices, owning data hygiene, data accuracy and the overall quality of Workera's CRM data
