Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience leading cross functional projects in cell therapy or biologics operations focused on project management for tech transfers, capacity expansions, and network optimization
  • Demonstrated experience leading transformational projects spanning both strategic and operations roles
  • Program and Project Management
  • Knowledge of regulatory/industry requirements to work in a tightly regulated environment
  • Manufacturing and/or network strategy experience
  • Strategic thinking in ambiguous situations
  • Agile mindset and ways of working
  • Technical expertise in process automation and engineering, operational excellence, sustainability, and environment
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to accomplish results and meet deadlines and commitments

Responsibilities
  • Building, managing, and tracking all key program and project activities according to PMO guidelines
  • Leading Governance meetings to ensure the project plans including key milestones, deliverable trackers, and risk logs are on track and being managed
  • Providing input to program and project level risks, including ongoing risk assessment, risk identification and mitigation strategies
  • Promoting proactive and informal communication among the program and project teams and key stakeholders
  • Engaging and informing relevant stakeholders of all activities, events, risks and concerns through periodic throughout the lifecycle of the program
  • Supporting CTO PMO initiatives to develop team competencies
