Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working on transactions in a post-closing capacity
  • Knowledge of legal documents with the ability to analyze and evaluate documents as they relate to residential real estate closings
  • Software experience with Qualia strongly desired. Experience with other title production software such as Softpro, Ramquest, Resware, LandTech, or similar software will also be considered
  • Experience with post-closing Title transactions in Texas
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional communication skills with clients
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Deadline-driven
  • Resilient team player - we are a start-up so the ability to roll with the punches and adapt to change is key
  • Located in the Austin area or able to commute at least 3 days per week
Responsibilities
  • Assisting with funding and post-closing responsibilities
  • Reading contracts, commitments, and order in preparation for the closing
  • Review signed documents for compliance with federal, state, and local law and company policies
  • Communicating to the customers and Escrow Officers details relating to the closing
  • High levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and focus on deadlines
  • Providing an incredible customer experience by being informative, responsive, patient, and friendly in all interactions
