  • 10+ years of Sales, Alliances, and/or business development experience in the Cloud/Technology Ecosystem
  • Leadership experience is a bonus
  • Sales DNA and a deep passion for being curious
  • Team Player that supports and works with internal and external teams & stakeholders
  • Ability to design and present business plans, track and articulate program progress, design and document program guidelines for distribution throughout the organization (all levels) and for external use
  • A genuine interest in the Modern data stack & Cloud ecosystem
  • Be prepared to be flexible and dynamic in a fast-paced start-up
  • Be ready to travel up to 50% in some months
  • Verbal - including presentation abilities - and written communications skills

Responsibilities
  • Co-own EMEA Partner Strategy Development
  • Partner Recruitment
  • Relationship Management
  • Evangelize, enable, and execute go-to-market strategies with Sigma’s Partners
  • Build and socialize joint solutions with the Sigma Partners
  • Collaborate with the Sigma sales and marketing team to support events that enable and bolster our co-sell efforts
  • Host partner appreciation events to identify and expedite co-sell opportunities
  • Co-own support materials for various programs and initiatives with Partners to enhance the top-of-funnel pipeline
  • Regularly meet with sales and sales leadership
  • Track, measure, and report on agreed KPIs using Sigma for Sales and Partner management
