Requirements
  • At least 3 years of progressive experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex projects and manage rigorous executive follow-up to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft clear, concise professional correspondence.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Gmail, Drive, Slides, and Docs; Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint; and Slack.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, to support executive needs as they arise.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver strategic administrative support to the Chief Legal Officer and Vice President, Sporting, including managing schedules, coordinating travel, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between the Chief Legal Officer and Vice President, Sporting, other internal departments, and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and timely updates on key initiatives.
  • Prepare materials for executive commitments, including presentations, press and speaking engagement briefings, project plans, and meeting summaries.
  • Facilitate cross-functional projects by working closely with the Chief Legal Officer, Vice President, Sporting, and other executives.
  • Schedule and attend meetings, take detailed notes, and document action items for follow-up.
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring timely responses and efficient workflow.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Assist in documenting processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist in managing the document retention policy.

  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate potential obstacles and proactively recommend ways to optimize an executive’s time.
  • Experience managing recurring cadences and identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement.
  • Advanced ability to navigate urgent, competing priorities while maintaining focus on long-term strategic goals.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate autonomous execution.
