What You’ll Do as an NOC Shift RN:

🌙 Provide overnight nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
🌙 Assess and monitor residents, responding to changes in condition with swift, effective interventions.
🌙 Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
🌙 Communicate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
🌙 Document care and maintain accurate records to support resident health plans.
🌙 Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents throughout the night.
