Responsibilities
  • Lead and support Apixio’s Prospective Risk Adjustment vision.
  • Continually build upon and define the Prospective Risk Adjustment product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
  • Prioritize and define requirements for the Prospective Risk Adjustment portfolio.
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of Product Managers.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize feature candidates.
  • Create and maintain the Prospective Risk Adjustment portfolio roadmap.
  • Monitor industry and regulatory changes and translate them into product requirements.
  • Conduct business and customer user research.
  • Create and oversee drafting and execution of feature initiatives, epics and stories.
  • Work with User Experience & Product Design team.
  • Work with other Product Managers to identify, define, and prioritize cross-functional solution and platform work efforts.
  • Work with Apixio’s Engineering team.
  • Validate that solutions deliver intended value and iterate based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Coordinate with the Apixio Operations team.
  • Empower Apixio Growth and Marketing teams.
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of the methodology and implementation of product management at Apixio.
