Requirements
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot with advanced level.
- Strong experience building enterprise applications, REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with Business Process Management platforms such as Camunda, IBM Business Automation Workflow, Pega, or similar workflow automation tools (Advanced).
- Extensive experience designing event-driven architectures, messaging solutions, and Kafka-based integrations (Apache Kafka) (Advanced).
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications while providing technical guidance to engineering teams.
- Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and business teams to define solutions and drive successful delivery.
- Drive technical design, code quality, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
