- Open individual benefits files in coordination with the medical underwriting team and the sales network.
- Issue and send contractual documents to policyholders.
- Process contract updates and administrative changes.
- Adjust coverage according to changes in the policyholder's situation.
- Assess and pay benefits for incapacity, disability, and death.
- Manage files within the Nancy team's area of responsibility for individual benefits.
- Experience in insurance or benefits administration, preferably in a similar position.
