- Experience project-managing complex AML and sanctions compliance projects, such as the implementation, validation, and/or testing of transaction monitoring and/or sanctions filtering system implementations at a global bank.
- Experience evaluating regulatory requirements, developing and implementing project plans, mapping project plans and deliverables to requirements, tracking milestone progress, and developing management reports that document potential risks and proposed solutions.
- Strong writing skills, advanced capabilities in PowerPoint, Excel and Word, as well as Visio and/or other process mapping software.
- Ability to drive multiple projects/work streams with a high attention to detail.
- Need candidate on W2 and locals or someone who can come for face to face interview.
- At least 7 years in the financial services industry, with at least 5 years of experience managing large-scale regulatory transformation projects.
- The delivery of large scale IT projects/programs would be preferable.
