Requirements
  • Proven track record managing strategic conversations with customers to support their hiring needs.
  • 5+ years experience in customer-facing international HR role, ideally with experience in the Employer of Record space, with deep expertise in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
  • Proven ability to manage complex global customer HR scenarios.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and consultative skills.
  • Comfortable collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders to drive customer outcomes.
  • Knowledge of HR technology and international employment compliance.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a regional subject matter expert for EMEA and guide for customers navigating complex international compliance requirements while using Justworks EOR product, helping mitigate risks associated with global employment and ensure alignment with local regulations.
  • Support complex, high-impact customer needs, including EMEA country-specific compliance questions, terminations, benefits nuances, and intricate leave scenarios.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing proactive, region-specific guidance to help customers mitigate risk and maximize value.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and expand Justworks’ international offerings within your EMEA region.
  • Work cross-functionally with Legal, HR, Ops, Product and Expansion to stay informed on EMEA industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices and proactively share this knowledge with customers to ensure they are getting the most out of their investment in our products, while remaining in compliance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting best practices, sharing knowledge, and influencing product and process enhancements.
  • Advocate for the customer while balancing risk and compliance considerations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex problems and deliver seamless international experiences.
  • Translate complex international regulations and processes into clear, actionable guidance for customers and internal partners.
  • Operate independently while contributing to team knowledge and scaling best practices.
