We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and delivery of internal and external communications. You will work closely with leadership and various departments to ensure consistent messaging, brand alignment, and professional representation of the agency across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, edit, and proofread communication materials such as newsletters, press releases, reports, and client updates.
Assist in planning and coordinating company-wide communications and events.
Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and share updates effectively.
Monitor communication effectiveness and recommend improvements for engagement.
Support crisis communication and time-sensitive messaging when necessary.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
1–3 years of professional experience in communications, public relations, or corporate communications.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication tools.
