- Current Missouri Occupational Therapist license in good standing.
- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
- Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions focused on improving independence and function.
- Address activities of daily living, mobility, strength, coordination, and safety.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Communicate with patients, families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Collaborate with physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, speech-language pathologists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
