Requirements
  • The candidate must have 1-3 years of experience in a digital or integrated media environment, such as a publisher or agency, with a background in media planning, client service, or account management.
  • The candidate must have experience with pre-sale media planning, including building media plans, understanding strategy, and telling a story through planning.
  • The candidate must be able to lead client presentations, including kick-off meetings, mid-campaign reports, and wrap reporting decks, and manage client and agency relationships.
  • The candidate must be able to work independently and collaboratively, multitask, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • The candidate must be able to understand and interpret data to craft stories, make observations, and draw conclusions.
  • The candidate must have problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • The candidate must be detail-oriented and organized, with communication skills sufficient to manage multiple projects.
  • The candidate must be able to receive and implement feedback.
Responsibilities
  • Support the Account Executive team with pre-sale strategy based on client key performance indicators, budget, timing, and capabilities.
  • Own the advertising partner's transition from pre-sale to post-sale, including insertion order and documentation logistics, booking in the OMS system, establishing key performance indicators and benchmarks, and facilitating kickoffs.
  • Facilitate the creative process, maintain campaign timelines, manage client feedback, and ensure approval before launch.
  • Deliver campaign reporting, provide mid-campaign optimizations, and complete post-campaign delivery and wrap reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Partnerships team to develop client renewal strategies based on performance and client objectives.
  • Service the entire pre-to-post campaign lifecycle and own all aspects of the program once the deal closes.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working with external clients.
  • Understanding of the Google product suite.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as Monday.com.
  • Familiarity with OMS (Placements.IO).
