- Eight or more years of experience in communications systems support.

- U.S. citizenship is required.
- A current Top Secret clearance is required.
- Track and assist Executive Aircraft in flight with communications issues, respond to incident calls, and support trend analysis efforts.
- Utilize various Command and Control tools and chat software, such as Mattermost, to support Executive Aircraft while in flight.
- Provide Government leadership with expert guidance on the operations of the Mission Communications System onboard C-32, C-40, and C-37 Executive Aircraft.
- Provide expert troubleshooting guidance to Communications Systems Operators onboard C-32, C-40, and C-37 Executive Aircraft during Mission Communications System anomalies and/or outages.
- Review and provide recommendations on the effectiveness of flight monitoring solutions utilizing various web-based tools developed by Commercial Satellite Communications providers.
