Requirements
  • Understanding federal, state, and local employment laws.

  • Being capable of working in and being exposed to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties, including Drive-Up and carryout.
  • Being able to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
  • Working a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays; reporting to scheduled shifts and taking required meal and rest breaks.
Responsibilities
  • Creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by greeting guests, helping them find what they need or resolving issues, and ending transactions with a sincere thank you.
  • Actively supporting team efforts and assisting peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
  • Adjusting to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience.
  • Working with the Human Resources leader to anticipate and address talent and staffing needs for each area of the business, including understanding guest needs and ensuring the right mix of experience and skills.
  • Leading focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire candidates.
  • Supporting team member and leader training needs and advocating for continuous learning.
  • Serving as an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices.
  • Listening to team members, collaborating with appropriate leaders, and taking action as needed.
  • Delivering Human Resources processes and programs to maximize team member engagement and minimize business disruption.
  • Supporting the leader in following company compliance policies that mitigate risk to the team member experience.
  • Demonstrating ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
  • Working safely, complying with safety policies, best practices, and training, and reporting and correcting hazards where possible.
  • Performing other duties based on business needs.
