Requirements
  • Associate degree in a technical field, military-technical training with 4+ years experience, or 5+ years of work experience in a related technical field. Fresh out-of-college graduates with STEM degrees are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to perform critical tasks with a high level of accuracy per procedures.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Effective at communicating data through text, graphics, and images to audiences of all experience levels.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain Process Sheets and document changes as needed.
  • Monitor processes on a daily basis. Adjust where appropriate and notify Process Engineers on critical issues.
  • Work with team members and independently with a high degree of initiative to support and maintain good manufacturing processes and continuous improvements.
  • Assist with process validations, DOE execution, optimizations, and process-sustaining audits.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety procedures.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Being knowledgeable about SPC and yield quality metrics.
  • Documentation experience is highly desired.
