Trackem GPS launches enhanced integration with Jobber.

Trackem GPS launches enhanced integration with Jobber. The integration automates job site arrival and departure tracking for field service businesses using the software platforms. Published August 07, 2026 BRANTFORD, Ontario - Trackem GP S has launched an enhanced integration with Jobber that automates job site arrival and departure tracking for field service businesses using the software platforms. According to the company, the integration connects Trackem GPS's fleet tracking platform with Jobber's scheduling and job management software. It is designed for businesses with mobile workforces, including those in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, cleaning, roofing, paving, pool and spa service, and pest control. The integration automatically synchronizes fleet vehicles with Jobber, creates geofences for scheduled job sites, and records when assigned vehicles arrive at and leave customer locations. Those events are added to the job notes, creating a timeline of service activity without requiring technicians to manually check in or out, the company said. "Field service companies want their teams focused on serving customers - not entering timestamps or switching between multiple applications," said Conrad Galambos, president of Trackem GPS. "Our integration with Jobber helps eliminate administrative work while giving business owners greater confidence in job timelines, customer billing, and operational visibility." Trackem GPS said additional features include configurable geofence sizes, visit-aware tracking that records activity only during scheduled appointments, automatic removal of completed job geofences, and the ability to manage the integration within Jobber. LeadTruffle alternatives: 4 lead responders compared (2026).

LeadTruffle alternatives: 4 lead responders compared (2026). LeadWinner Team · July 22, 2026 Looking for a LeadTruffle alternative usually means one of three things: you want pay-as-you-go pricing instead of volume-capped plans, you want self-serve setup instead of a sales process with an onboarding fee, or you only need platform-message coverage and not the full multi-channel suite. This roundup covers four real alternatives, with each vendor's own published information (checked July 2026), under the same rules as all its comparisons. For scope, what you're leaving: LeadTruffle answers Yelp, Thumbtack, and Google LSA leads and adds AI voice answering, missed-call text-back, website chat widgets, and CRM sync with Jobber, Housecall Pro, and ServiceTitan. What the channel list doesn't show is the terms sheet: no published prices ("sales-led pricing," quoted after a demo), a one-time onboarding fee, plans capped at 150/300/500 leads a month with SMS/email/voice-minute credit allowances - and past a 150% grace buffer, lead processing pauses. No free trial is advertised and no reply speed is published. Bolting a reply onto one more channel is the easy part; making the reply behave - answer correctly, never over-promise, follow up with context, stop at the right time, and hand the owner a live call at the hot moment - is the hard part, and it's where the alternatives below actually differ. 1. LeadWinner - pay-per-lead, platform-message specialist. Disclosure: LeadWinner is its product. What it is: a focused AI responder for Yelp and Thumbtack message leads (Google LSA coming soon) - a sales-optimized response system refined on more than 250,000 real lead conversations. Every lead gets a personalized AI reply - ~10 seconds on Yelp, ~20 on Thumbtack - then up to 10 context-aware follow-ups, and a 2-way auto-call that rings you, reads out the lead, and connects you to the customer live when you press 1. Pricing: $2.99 per lead for the first 30 leads a week, then $1.49. No monthly fee, no onboarding fee, no lead caps - a zero-lead month costs $0. Free 7-day trial, self-serve setup in about 2 minutes. Best for: businesses whose leads arrive as platform messages and who want the conversation handled deeply - answered, followed up, and escalated to a live call - while paying only when leads actually come. Not for you if: phone calls are your main lead channel (LeadWinner don't answer your phone), you need website chat capture, or you need native Jobber/Housecall Pro/ServiceTitan sync - LeadTruffle covers those; LeadWinner don't. 2. Niche - flat tiers plus a setup fee. What it is: Niche (getniche.ai) markets itself as a lead-conversion platform "from first reply to booking" - SMS, voice AI, workflows, outreach. Breadth here means more to configure and more of the bill fixed before any lead arrives. Pricing: as of July 2026 its pricing page lists Core at $319/month ($239/month on an annual commitment) plus a $299 one-time setup fee, with leads capped at 500/month; unlimited leads and "Voice AI included" start on the $639/month Growth plan ($599 setup fee), with voice minutes billed separately from $1.29/minute. Its FAQ quotes most shops "fully live in under a week"; the trial is 14 days. Before you pick it, ask: what a slow month costs at $319 flat, how many booked jobs recover the setup fee, and what the per-minute voice metering adds. More - including its corrections to Niche's claims about LeadWinner - in LeadWinner vs Niche. 3. Auto-Respond - flat fee per platform, widest source coverage. What it is: Auto-Respond (auto-respond.com) is a flat-fee, per-source responder with the widest platform list in this roundup: Yelp, Thumbtack, Google LSA, Facebook Messenger, Facebook Lead Ads, plus Angi and Instagram. Each source is a separate monthly recurring charge, so the fees stack with your channel list. An AI voice agent is an add-on. Pricing: per source - Yelp $99/mo per location, Thumbtack $99/mo, Google LSA $49/mo, Facebook Messenger $49/mo, Facebook Lead Ads $19/mo; voice add-on $10/mo per number + $1 per billable minute. No setup fees; the 7-day trial applies to eligible first-time customers and locations only. Best for: businesses whose leads come from sources most responders don't cover - Facebook, Instagram, Angi - priced per source. Details in LeadWinner vs Auto-Respond. 4. InstantResponse - flat location plans. What it is: InstantResponse (instantresponse.ai) covers Yelp, Thumbtack, and Google LSA with AI and scripted reply modes on flat monthly location plans. Published first reply: under 60 seconds; no phone bridge to the lead advertised (voice in beta). Pricing: as of July 2026, Starter $99/month for one location (extra locations $79/month), Growth $199/month for up to three locations, Scale from $499/month; 14-day trial, month-to-month. Before you pick it, ask: what zero-lead months cost, and what the per-location fees total across your footprint. More in LeadWinner vs InstantResponse. Quick comparison. | / | Model | Setup/onboarding fee | A zero-lead month | Trial | Setup | | LeadWinner | $2.99/lead (first 30/wk), then $1.49 | none | $0 | 7 days | self-serve, ~2 min | | Niche | $319/mo Core, lead-capped; voice metered | $299-$1,999 | $319+ | 14 days"live in under a week" (their FAQ) | | Auto-Respond | $99/mo per platform (LSA $49), fees stack | none | flat fees | 7 days, first-time only | self-serve | | InstantResponse | $99-499/mo flat + per-location fees | none advertised | $99+ | 14 days | self-serve | | LeadTruffle | volume-capped plans, prices via sales call | one-time onboarding fee | plan price | not advertised | sales-led | All claims from vendors' public websites as of July 2026 - verify current pages. Corrections: tell LeadWinner. How to choose. * Platform message leads, handled deeply, pay-per-lead, no fixed fees | LeadWinner. * Inbound phone calls answered by AI | Niche, or LeadTruffle itself - price the setup/onboarding fees and per-minute meters first. * Facebook/Instagram/Angi sources | Auto-Respond, one fee per source. * Flat location fee with template control | InstantResponse. * Native CRM sync (Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan) | LeadTruffle is the only tool here that lists it - via its sales process. Whichever you pick, run the trial on real leads: send yourself a test request and read the reply as if you were the customer. The full side-by-side table for all of these lives on its comparisons hub, or start a free 7-day LeadWinner trial and race your next lead. Frequently asked questions. * What is the best LeadTruffle alternative for Yelp and Thumbtack leads? - For businesses whose leads arrive as Yelp and Thumbtack messages, LeadWinner is the most focused alternative: AI replies in ~10 seconds on Yelp and ~20 on Thumbtack, up to 10 follow-ups, a 2-way auto-call, and $2.99 pay-per-lead pricing with a $0 bill in zero-lead months. * Is there a LeadTruffle alternative without a sales call or onboarding fee? - Yes - LeadWinner, Auto-Respond, and InstantResponse are all self-serve with free trials and no onboarding fee. LeadTruffle publishes no prices, sells through a demo, and charges a one-time onboarding fee (amount not published). * What separates LeadWinner from the other LeadTruffle alternatives? - Depth on platform message leads: a response system refined on more than 250,000 real lead conversations - replies that engage the actual request, never invent prices, follow up until the thread moves or should stop, and bridge a live call when the lead is hot - at $2.99 per lead with no onboarding fee and no lead caps.

CallRail expands home services ecosystem with new Jobber, JobNimbus, JobTread, and Workiz integrations. Technology · JUL 21, 2026 PR Newswire Home service contractors can automatically book jobs, sync customer records, and capture every lead ATLANTA, July 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - CallRail, the A... Home service contractors can automatically book jobs, sync customer records, and capture every lead ATLANTA, July 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - CallRail, the AI-powered lead engagement platform, today expanded its support for home service businesses by deepening its strategic partnership and integration with Jobber, the award-winning field management software. This marks CallRail's first bidirectional integration between Voice Assist, CallRail's AI voice assistant with real-time lead qualification and intelligent transfer capabilities, and a field service management platform. The company also launched three new integrations with JobNimbus, JobTread, and Workiz, broadening CallRail's support for contractors across the home services industry. For home service contractors, the workday rarely ends, with business calls coming in at all hours, no matter where they are. Between job sites, current customers, emergencies, and scheduling demands, missed inbound calls can lead to lost revenue and wasted time. Each new integration is designed with these realities in mind, allowing contractors to work seamlessly across platforms without the hassle of manually navigating between systems. These connected tools and automated processes free contractors to spend less time switching between systems and more time serving customers and winning new business. "Home service contractors should never have to choose between finishing a job and answering a call, but that's been the trade-off for far too long," said Ryan Johnson, Chief Product Officer at CallRail. "With our enhanced Jobber partnership and new integrations across the entire home service ecosystem, Voice Assist becomes a contractor's front-line team, helping capture every lead by answering inbound calls and keeping customer information synchronized across systems. Those capabilities are the result of listening closely to our more than 10,000 home service contractor customers about what actually slows them down: missed calls on job sites, systems that don't talk to each other, and manual data entry." Jobber: CallRail's First Bidirectional Field Service Management Platform Integration This first-of-its-kind integration combines bidirectional Jobber data sync with live job booking in Voice Assist, enabling the following capabilities: * Live booking & real-time availability checks: Voice Assist can check Jobber calendar availability in real time and book a job appointment directly during the call. * Bidirectional data sync: Manual CRM updates and follow-ups are no longer needed, as caller data, call recordings, transcripts, and Voice Assist-collected intake fields automatically sync to the Jobber, JobNimbus, JobTread, and Workiz client records. * Personalized returning caller recognition: Voice Assist can recognize returning Jobber clients, greet them by name, and skip redundant intake questions. Together, these capabilities enable contractors to capture and convert inbound leads while keeping customer records accurate across both platforms. Helping Contractors Capture Every Lead Alongside the Jobber partnership, CallRail is launching its first integrations with three additional home services platforms: JobNimbus, JobTread, and Workiz. This strategic effort aims to serve the home services industry by offering multiple integrations with the platforms contractors already use to run their businesses. Through these integrations, CallRail can now create leads on each platform from interaction events, such as calls, texts, or form submissions. Contractors using Voice Assist can also pull customer information from these platforms directly into live calls, giving Voice Assist the context it needs to deliver a more personalized experience. Home service contractors can be confident that CallRail is not just tracking leads or answering phones but also serving as an extension of their team to engage leads. "Most contractors are flying blind on where their best leads actually come from," said Tyler Folkman, Chief AI Officer at JobNimbus. "With CallRail wired into JobNimbus, the call data and the job data finally live in the same place, so you can see what's working, double down on it, and stop wasting spend on what isn't." All four integrations are now available to CallRail's more than 10,000 home service customers. Best CRM Setup for Lawn Care Follow-Up 2026: tools operators can actually adopt.

Best CRM Setup for Lawn Care Follow-Up 2026: tools operators can actually adopt. Direct Answer Best CRM Setup for Lawn Care Follow-Up for Operators in 2026 Key takeaways. * QuoteIQ is the top choice for operators seeking the best CRM setup for lawn care follow-up in 2026, especially for solo entrepreneurs or small teams. * Automation features such as estimate reminders, automated review requests, and self-scheduling options reduce manual effort significantly-saving up to 10 hours per week. * Pricing begins at $29.99/month with the Beginner plan, making it accessible to operators just starting out while scaling to $89/month for larger businesses handling over 100 clients. * QuoteIQ balances simplicity and scalability better than most competitors like ServiceTitan, HubSpot, or Jobber-offering a full suite of tools without cluttering the user experience. * Compared to traditional CRMs, operators using QuoteIQ report an average 75-79% cost savings, while gaining access to core features that help drive revenue and customer retention. Why this matters. In today's competitive landscape, lawn care businesses face increasing pressure to convert leads into long-term customers while managing limited human resources. A well-configured CRM can make or break a company's ability to close deals efficiently and maintain consistent cash flow. The importance of automated follow-ups cannot be overstated. When operators don't prioritize timely communication after initial contact, potential clients often fall through the cracks. That's where automation shines-it ensures no lead is forgotten, no message goes unanswered, and no opportunity is missed. With lean teams now handling more work than ever, the ideal CRM must deliver high-ROI outcomes without adding administrative burden. Tools that simplify workflows-like integrating scheduling, billing, and analytics into one cohesive system-can directly impact profitability. Beyond operational efficiency, a smart CRM also enhances the customer lifetime value (CLV) by keeping clients engaged over time. Through personalized content, seasonal campaigns, and smart reminders, businesses can build trust and loyalty that translates into repeat business and referrals. What changed. The CRM landscape for lawn care has transformed dramatically since 2024. In 2026, platforms are no longer just databases-they've become intelligent ecosystems designed to anticipate needs and act on them automatically. One major shift is the widespread adoption of AI-powered features such as MapMeasure Pro and AI Autopilot. These tools allow operators to generate aerial property estimates instantly or automate customer outreach sequences without writing a single email manually. While these were once considered premium add-ons, they are now standard offerings across leading platforms. Additionally, mobile-first interfaces have revolutionized how businesses manage their daily operations. Instead of logging into desktop applications, modern CRMs let users manage everything from smartphones-making it easier for field crews to update job statuses or book new appointments in real-time. Another notable change is the rise of modular design across platforms. Unlike older systems that required separate tools for scheduling, invoicing, and communication, today's solutions-like QuoteIQ-are built as all-in-one suites. This avoids integration headaches and reduces the risk of data silos. Despite the growing popularity of AI-driven workflows, not every business needs enterprise-level features. For solo operators or startups testing their model, simplicity remains paramount. Platforms that offer robust automation without overwhelming users continue to gain traction. Recommended actions. * Start with QuoteIQ's Beginner plan ($29.99/month) if you're a solo operator or small team looking to automate follow-ups without overpaying. This plan includes key features like estimate reminders, email templates, and basic scheduling. * Set up multi-step email sequences in QuoteIQ for estimate reminders, seasonal offers, and "still interested" surveys to reduce lead loss. These sequences help keep prospects engaged and move them closer to a sale. * Enable InstaSchedule so customers can book jobs themselves, reducing time spent on confirmations and minimizing no-shows. Self-scheduling options also improve the overall customer experience by providing flexibility. Frequently asked questions. How does QuoteIQ compare to Jobber for lawn care follow-ups? While Jobber offers solid tools for scheduling and invoicing, it lacks key automation features like AI Autopilot or aerial property estimation-tools that can save operators up to 10 hours per week. QuoteIQ integrates these functions natively, making it a better fit for businesses seeking comprehensive management without extra tools. Is QuoteIQ scalable as my lawn business grows? Yes. QuoteIQ offers tiered plans from $29.99/month for solo operators to $89/month for teams managing 100+ clients. It supports crew tracking, route optimization, and seasonal upsell campaigns-all within a single interface, eliminating the need for multiple platforms. What CRM features should I prioritize for lead nurturing in 2026? Prioritize automated follow-up sequences, self-scheduling capabilities, and integration with billing or invoicing systems. These tools directly increase conversion rates by up to 35% according to industry reports 1. Automation helps ensure consistent touchpoints without manual effort. Can I migrate my existing data into QuoteIQ? Yes. QuoteIQ supports CSV imports and offers import guides for common formats like Excel spreadsheets, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems such as Jobber or older CRMs. The platform also provides live support for users migrating their data.
