Requirements
  • Minimum 8-10 years of Partner Management experience in the enterprise software industry.
  • Ability to assess the current network of Partners and evaluate net-new relationships.
  • Significant experience working with multiple Partners across the Saviynt partner taxonomy.
  • Proven track record of partner pipeline generation and quota attainment.
  • Experience working in a collaborative cross-team environment.
  • Prior experience with a mix of Cyber and Identity-focused providers is highly desirable (Optiv, GuidePoint, SHI, CDW, Stratascale and other in-region partners).
  • Cyber and Identity industry experience is a plus.
  • Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter.
  • Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to): Data Classification, Retention & Handling Policy, Incident Response Policy/Procedures, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Policy/Procedures, Mobile Device Policy, Account Management Policy, Access Control Policy, Personnel Security Policy, Privacy Policy.
Responsibilities
  • Identify, recruit and onboard target Solution Providers for the West Region.
  • Develop partner-sourced pipeline and achieve annual partner sourced revenue targets.
  • Use professional judgment to create, analyze and execute lead-generation programs with partners.
  • Track relevant sales activities in Salesforce.com to track progress and measure success.
  • Leverage our partner marketing and partner enablement teams to drive the 'market-to' motion of Saviynt’s products to this set of partners.
  • Develop an ecosystem of qualified, trained, and certified partner implementation specialists to maintain an even supply in the market.
  • Assess and quantify the current supply and demand for partner implementation resources with specific clearance requirements.
