Requirements
  • Experience within a retail media OR retail strategy position in an agency is preferred
  • Experience with activation and planning experience across Amazon, Criteo or Citrus Ads
  • Experience in Search or Display in retail platforms would be considered
  • Experience or knowledge of paid social commerce or paid social is a bonus
  • Knowledge of the media landscape, media channels and key commerce partners
  • Great communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
  • Support the Commerce team and Account Director on your account by responding to briefs, making strategic suggestions, reporting, and presenting to the clients.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for retailers, share with the wider team to incorporate into strategic decisions that will help the client improve their performance.
  • Work closely with internal data teams to understand customer preferences and behaviours, leveraging data insights to enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Stay abreast of social commerce industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Conduct regular market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
