  • Expand the use of Userlane’s solutions within new business areas
  • Create a digital adoption strategy in close collaboration with and for key accounts
  • Drive expansion, upsell, and renewals for assigned accounts
  • Actively manage and drive the sales cycle
  • Steer, negotiate, and close multi-year contracts
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g. customer success team) to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Attain and exceed the yearly sales quota
  • Manage activities in SFDC
