About The Role
G2 Track is in need of an experienced sales manager that will lead a team of quota-carrying account executives and business development representatives in charge of acquiring new customers for our rapidly scaling G2 Track business. This individual should have a proven track record of exceeding individual and team quotas with experience in a B2B sales management environment. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, entrepreneurial and possess a strong passion for coaching and developing talent.
In This Role, You Will:
- Lead your team to create meaningful new business relationships for G2 Track
- Hire, inspire and train new team members as well as develop and reward top performers
- Lead and inspire a team of Account Executives and BDR’s tasked with prospecting, generating pipeline and closing business for G2 Track
- Ensure team and individual quotas are exceeded
- Partner with our Customer Success Leadership to ensure a successful customer lifecycle process
- Effectively communicate customer and market feedback to leadership + product teams
- Work closely with cross-functional partners in Revenue operations, Product, Marketing, Employee Success, Customer Success
- Contribute to annual strategic planning process
- Manage weekly team-wide pipeline meetings and training sessions
- Report on team pipeline and forecasts to CRO Leadership
- Ensure team collaboration, promote a positive work environment and remain customer obsessed
Minimum Qualifications:

- 5+ years of B2B selling experience
- 2+ years of experience managing a quota carrying team in new business
- Experience working with IT or Finance decision-makers
- Experience with Saas and technical sales
- Proven track record of growing revenue and building net new customer base
- Strong leadership,analytical,and communication skills
