Rosendin expands in Mid-Atlantic. KLNB, the Mid-Atlantic's largest privately held commercial real estate brokerage firm, is excited to announce the completion of three transactions in the past 12 months, totaling 353,000 square feet, on behalf of San Jose, CA-based Rosendin Electric, the largest employee-owned electrical contractor in the United States. In May 2025, Rosendin executed a lease for 53,000 square feet of warehouse and light assembly space at Dulles Summit in Dulles, VA. In November of 2025, Rosendin completed the third expansion of its East Coast headquarters at Northwoods in Dulles, VA, which now totals 175,000 SF of Class A office, training, warehouse, and fabrication space. In January of 2026, Rosendin signed a lease for its Richmond, VA regional operations center, 125,000 SF at the newly completed Lakeridge Logistics Center in Ashland, VA.
