Requirements
  • Six to eight years of experience is preferred.
  • A BTech or BE from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 engineering school, or an MStat, MS in Mathematics, MA in Economics, or MS in Analytics/Data Science from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 school, is required.
  • Direct experience with prompt engineering, agent engines, agent evaluation, and agent observation frameworks is required.
  • Experience with the Google Cloud Platform, including Google Cloud Functions and BigQuery, is required.
  • Familiarity with enterprise applications such as SAP and Salesforce is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery methods and MLOps is required.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and large language model pipelines, retrieval-augmented generation, and prompt engineering is required.
  • Experience designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable cloud functions using Python, FastAPI or Flask, and SQLModel or SQLAlchemy is required.
  • Experience integrating microservices with ApigeeX for API management, security, authentication, authorization, rate limiting, monitoring, and analytics is required.
  • Excellent programming and data-wrangling skills using Python, R, Scala, Java, and SQL are required.
  • Ability to work with teams and stakeholders to drive change and adoption of analytics solutions is required.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor and evaluate the outputs of production Agentic AI models, verify performance metrics, and maintain agent evaluation data.
  • Design, test, and optimize prompt engineering strategies to improve model response accuracy, latency, and relevance.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis and build transformation pipelines using Python and SQL to support ongoing model performance.
  • Support API frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask that serve model predictions and agent decisions to upstream finance systems.
  • Collaborate with MLOps and the Run Lead to troubleshoot model drift, logic errors, or connection issues to underlying databases.
  • Develop an understanding of complex financial business processes, including SAP, Salesforce, and Postgres tables, to ensure model logic matches business requirements.
  • Produce and analyze insights from key performance indicators of models and propose updates and modifications where necessary.
  • Work hands-on with external and internal partners to develop, test, and operationalize data science and analytical solutions and ensure their adoption by businesses.
  • Leverage transactional, big, external, internal, structured, and unstructured data and analytics methods to develop analytics solutions.
  • Lead and ideate Agentic AI, Generative AI, and classic machine learning initiatives in the AI Center of Excellence.
