Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or business-related area or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years accounting or reporting experience in the registered investment company or financial services industry
  • Demonstrate an intermediate understanding of investment types, mutual funds, ETFs, and financial markets
  • Intermediate experience working with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to apply accounting and financial concepts

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and/or review financial statements and SEC filings (e.g. N-CSR, N-CEN and 24F-2, N-1A etc.)
  • Assist with audits and provide support as necessary
  • Prepare quarterly Client/Board reports
  • Respond proactively to internal and external client inquiries
  • Conduct training sessions to increase industry knowledge
  • Assist in fund year-end tax reporting
  • Work on special projects, other regulatory filings and ad hoc requests as assigned
