  • B.S. or M.S. in Life Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 8 years of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing or Consulting experience
  • Minimum 3 years of project controls (scope, cost, schedule, and risk management)
  • 6 years of managing high-performing teams

  • Ensure timely and high-quality completion of work
  • Provide resource planning and define project objectives
  • Provide technical direction, training, career development, and performance assessments for project Team Members
  • Support recruitment and talent identification
