McKesson recherche une personne axée sur les résultats pour rejoindre notre équipe en tant que Chef de Projet au sein de notre équipe PMO des Services et Solutions Financiers (FSS). Dans ce rôle, vous dirigerez la livraison de produits ou de programmes depuis le processus de conception jusqu’à l’état final pour des clients internes et externes. En tant que chef de projet, vous servirez de liaison entre le domaine d’activité que nous soutenons, l’informatique, les fournisseurs et les opérations, en assurant une communication et une coordination efficaces.

Ce poste se situe dans une organisation de type matriciel, où le poste n’a pas de responsabilité directe sur les ressources et le développement des systèmes, mais a une responsabilité globale de gestion de projet.

Ce poste relève du Directeur de la Gestion de Projet.

Exécution du Projet

• Diriger la planification, l’exécution et la livraison réussie de programmes très complexes au sein de FSS, tels que les mises en œuvre technologiques et les transformations.

• Assurer le respect des objectifs, des délais et du budget du projet, en soutenant principalement l’entreprise pour rester concentrée sur les capacités à haute priorité et en gérant l’extension de périmètre avec une approche stratégique rigoureuse.

• Coordonner et gérer plusieurs fournisseurs et parties prenantes pour garantir une livraison à temps, dans le respect du budget et conformément aux normes de qualité convenues.

• Préparer des rapports réguliers sur l’état du projet, fournir des mises à jour sur l’avancement aux parties prenantes, diriger les réunions SteerCo et maintenir la documentation et les artefacts du projet selon les besoins.

• Gérer les budgets de projet, suivre les dépenses et assurer la rentabilité tout au long du cycle de vie du projet en guidant l’entreprise vers une priorisation efficace.

• Identifier et atténuer les risques du projet, en abordant de manière proactive les problèmes susceptibles d’affecter le succès du projet.

• Identifier les opportunités d’amélioration des processus et des meilleures pratiques, en stimulant l’efficacité et l’efficience dans la livraison des projets.

• Favoriser une collaboration interfonctionnelle solide et des relations de travail avec diverses équipes et parties prenantes pour assurer des résultats de projet réussis.

Job Summary

McKesson is looking for a results-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Manager to join our Financial Services and Solutions (FSS) PMO team. In this role, you will drive the delivery of products or programs from the design process to a finished state for both internal and external customers. As the project manager, you will serve as the liaison between the business area we our supporting, IT, vendors, and operations, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

This position is in a matrix type of organization, where the position does not have direct responsibility over resources and systems development but does have overall project management responsibility.

This positions reports to the Director of Project Management.

Project Execution

• Lead the planning, execution and successful delivery of highly complex programs across FSS such as technology implementations, and transformations.

• Ensure adherence to project goals, timelines and budget – primarily supporting the business in remaining focused on high priority capabilities and managing scope-creep with a rigorous strategic approach.

• Coordinate and manage multiple vendors and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery, within budget and in accordance with agreed upon quality standards.

• Prepare regular project status reports, deliver progress updates to stakeholders, lead SteerCo meetings and maintain project documentation and artifacts as needed.

• Manage project budgets, track expenditures and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle by leading the business towards effective prioritization.

• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact project success.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and best practices, driving efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.

• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration and working relationships with various teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Ability to absorb and process large quantities of disparate information, synthesize quickly and connect dots across workstreams where appropriate
