As the Regional Vice President of Adult Beverage, you will lead our efforts in developing strategy and supporting sellers executing client-specific solutions in the Beer, Wine, and Spirits industry. You will broker strategic partnerships with our suppliers to create value in a fast-paced and high-growth environment. You will support our retail organization and develop programs for adult beverage companies in partnership with our retailers. Your passion for selling, driving change, expertise in alcohol marketing and promotion regulations, marketing demographics, media buying, promotional strategies, and client ROI will be critical to your success in this role.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team focused on delivering revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand our customer base and increase sales with existing customers
- Build and maintain relationships with Beer, Wine, and Spirits suppliers to develop mutually beneficial partnerships
- Develop and execute client-specific solutions that drive value for our customers
- Ensure compliance with all alcohol marketing and promotion regulations
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
- Provide guidance and leadership to the sales organization regarding product and market positioning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Retail, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to drive business success
What You’ll Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in the Beer, Wine, and Spirits industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams
- Deep understanding of alcohol marketing and promotion regulations, marketing demographics, media buying, promotional strategies, and client ROI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
