  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Deep understanding of alcohol marketing and promotion regulations, marketing demographics, media buying, promotional strategies, and client ROI
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team focused on delivering revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand our customer base and increase sales with existing customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with Beer, Wine, and Spirits suppliers to develop mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Develop and execute client-specific solutions that drive value for our customers
  • Ensure compliance with all alcohol marketing and promotion regulations
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the sales organization regarding product and market positioning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Retail, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to drive business success
