Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in marketing.
  • At least 10 years of experience marketing to manufacturers and retailers is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience working on software as a service software is required.
  • Proven expertise in building strong relationships with product management, engineering, delivery, and sales to drive industry-level go-to-market and outside-in value messaging is required.
  • Planning and project management skills, including the ability to oversee complex projects from origin to execution, are required.
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, are required.
  • A deep understanding of supply chains and the underlying technologies necessary to deliver them is required, including the ability to explain value to finance, information technology, security, and supply chain stakeholders.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud-based software products is required.
  • Experience defining and measuring how marketing efforts support business goals is required.
Responsibilities
  • Lead a broad team of industry solution marketers, set team priorities, and mentor the development of individuals so the organization delivers on corporate priorities and long-term business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with peers in marketing and sales to create messaging and content frameworks and templates for sellers, buyers, partners, market pundits, and other audiences.
  • Create and execute multichannel initiatives, including managing industry solution launches, that drive pipeline, digital presence, and thought leadership.
  • Serve as the marketing subject matter expert on industries, supporting sales and marketing initiatives and providing insights on market and competitive changes.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to translate new capabilities for a range of solutions and define an integrated approach to outcome-oriented messaging and content used in sales, awareness, and demand generation.
  • Evaluate opportunities to take share and displace competitors, working with competitive intelligence, sales, and partners.
  • Serve as a spokesperson for the solution area internally and externally, supporting engagements with analysts, press, industry pundits, partners, and customers.
  • Set the strategic direction for major marketing functions or portfolios and lead the development of global solutions marketing strategies, organizational processes, content templates, and investment plans.
  • Partner with senior leadership across product, sales, partner alliances, and other key functions to shape market positioning, customer strategies, and growth opportunities.
  • Represent solution marketing in strategic discussions and drive cross-functional alignment on priorities, performance expectations, and future direction.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in marketing is preferred.
  • An MBA or master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience marketing to Grocery, Chemical and Industrial Manufacturing, and Hi-Tech organizations is a plus.

The company unveiled significant enhancements to its Demand and Supply Planning and Warehouse Management solutions, introducing AI-driven capabilities including insight-driven scenario planning and the Inventory Ops Agent for proactive decision-making.
