Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Science or other technical degree). Would consider experience in lieu of a technical degree.
  • 3-5 years industry experience (pulp & paper or water treatment preferred)
  • Documented results solving complex and non-routine technical problems

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain customer relationships; lead sales team in safety and environmental excellence.
  • Align sales resources with customer needs to exceed sales and profit targets.
  • Optimize working capital by reducing accounts receivable and managing inventory.
  • Collaborate with CSR and Supply Chain to improve customer satisfaction and delivery performance.
  • Develop and implement sales plans for new opportunities, maintaining an accurate sales funnel in SFDC.
  • Conduct training programs to enhance understanding of customer operations.
  • Review processes for continuous safety improvements.
