  • Proven project management experience in waterworks or infrastructure (3+ years preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Responsibilities
  • Lead Waterworks Projects: Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases—from design to delivery—ensuring on-time, on-budget completion with zero compromises on quality.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Support PACE's sales initiatives by managing projects that streamline processes, boost customer engagement, and expand market share.
  • Lead End-to-End Project Success: Manage all phases of waterworks projects—from inception to completion—ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while exceeding quality standards.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless compliance with customer construction schedules; Oversee inventory management, shipments, QA procedures, and fulfillment of all customer requirements.
  • Excel in Customer & Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling order execution, fulfillment, and full account management to build lasting partnerships; Establish and nurture strong sales relationships with key accounts to boost engagement and market share.
  • Execute with Precision: Direct project execution using PACE's proven methodology and established plans for consistent results; Collaborate with clients and partners to define project scope, specifications, requirements, and perform essential calculations.
  • Coordinate High-Impact Teams: Integrate and oversee outside contractors, ensuring top-tier service standards and smooth project alignment; Provide hands-on support to contractors and project managers, guaranteeing materials are deployed exactly as planned.
