Requirements
  • An Associate's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a comparable or transferable role demonstrating strong customer service and selling skills is required.
  • At least 1 year of extensive financial services experience in business or commercial banking is required, including understanding of the regulatory and competitive environment, key industry players, economic drivers, and operating issues.
  • Small Business lending experience is required.
  • Ability to build trust through a client-centric approach.
  • Ability to use an innovative, long-term approach to problem-solving and decision-making with clients to build relationships and generate solutions.
  • Expertise within a defined industry or geography and within the relevant product set.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage an assigned portfolio of Business Banking small-business clients to grow and retain the banking relationships.
  • Proactively contact assigned clients at set intervals to address service or business-related needs.
  • Promote and cross-market products and services by informing clients about products, services, and promotions and providing appropriate financial solutions through consultative reviews and proactive contact.
  • Make joint calls with partners to enhance selling skills and uncover consumer opportunities, and engage Business Banking Relationship Managers, Branch Managers, and specialty partners on assigned sales opportunities.
  • Review financial statements, assess credit lines, and renew loans.
  • Identify business-lending opportunities and complete associated lending responsibilities.
  • Maintain client retention and mitigate profitable client runoff.
  • Perform operational tasks while acting as a bank advocate and client advisor.
  • Manage administrative tasks associated with the client portfolio to ensure compliance.
  • Work within a virtual team model to support a successful sales environment.
  • Strategically manage unprofitable or anticipated exiting client relationships.
  • Comply with KeyBank policies and procedures, conduct business ethically, avoid conflicts of interest, and act in the best interests of clients and KeyBank.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including duties or activities that may change or be newly assigned.

Radiant Logistics secures $200M revolving credit facility with improved terms and 2031 maturity

Radiant Logistics has completed an amended and restated $200 million secured revolving credit facility, refinancing its existing facility that was due to mature in August 2027. The new facility extends the maturity to 2031 and features improved terms, including lower interest rates and an expanded accordion feature increased from $75 million to $100 million. The facility will be used to fund acquisitions, capital expenditures, and potentially share buybacks. Borrowings accrue interest at SOFR plus 137.5 to 212.5 basis points, reduced from previous pricing. KeyCorp operates KeyBank across 15 states, providing retail and commercial banking, wealth management, and investment services. The company's revenue growth has accelerated recently, with annualised growth of 12.6% over the past two years compared to 2.1% over five years. Net interest income from lending operations accounted for 60.4% of total revenue over the last five years.

KeyCorp reported second quarter 2026 net income of $472 million, or $0.44 per diluted common share, up 26% year-over-year. Revenue reached $1.96 billion, increasing 7% from the prior year. Net interest income rose 9% year-over-year and 2% sequentially, with net interest margin expanding to 2.89%. Period-end loans grew $1.2 billion sequentially, driven by a $2.1 billion increase in commercial and industrial loans. The company repurchased $341 million of common shares during the quarter. Net charge-offs stood at 42 basis points, whilst the Common Equity Tier 1 ratio reached 11.2%.
