Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years experience with management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or other professional services experience; healthcare experience a plus
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Structured problem solver, with ability to break down ambiguous and complex situations and build solutions
- Quantitative analytical skills

- Proficient with Microsoft 365 or similar software
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and product strategies to support business growth
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers and partners, and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Manage strategic partnerships and negotiate partnership agreements to maximize business value
- Ensure successful handoff of new business to implementation and operations teams and provide ongoing support as needed
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline analysis to drive business decisions
- Prepare and present business plans, proposals, and presentations to senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Perform other duties as assigned
