The Sales Technology Analyst drives the optimization of the sales technology stack to align with revenue goals, improve efficiency, and enhance sales team performance.
Key responsibilities include managing and integrating sales tools, supporting enablement initiatives, and delivering actionable insights relating to the tech stack’s effectiveness and impact across the sales organization. The role works with sales enablement to onboard new hires, train existing employees with best-in class practices, design/build workflows, and drive adoption and utilization of the tech stack. By analyzing performance metrics and refining KPIs, the Sales Technology Analyst identifies opportunities for improvement and provides strategic recommendations to leadership. This position is essential in ensuring the sales team operates effectively, leveraging technology to achieve organizational growth and revenue objectives.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of Sales Operations experience
- 4-year Degree in related field or additional equivalent work experience
- Required: Familiarity with different sales technology tools including automation platforms, dialers, account/contact databases, content management, and enablement tools. (Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Highspot, Lessonly LMS, CRM)
- Travel <10%, but required on occasion (sales kickoff, ad hoc trips to HQ, etc.)
Base salary: $80,000/year
Variable: This role is eligible for $15,000/year Variable Compensation plan based on meeting performance targets
