Requirements
  • 1-3 years of Sales Operations experience
  • 4-year Degree in related field or additional equivalent work experience
  • Required: Familiarity with different sales technology tools including automation platforms, dialers, account/contact databases, content management, and enablement tools. (Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Highspot, Lessonly LMS, CRM)
  • Travel <10%, but required on occasion (sales kickoff, ad hoc trips to HQ, etc.)

  • working with sales enablement to onboard new hires

  • analyzing performance metrics and refining KPIs
  • identifying opportunities for improvement
  • providing strategic recommendations to leadership
