- Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (minimum qualification)
- ARCtick Licence (mandatory)
- Current driver’s licence (mandatory)

- Full working rights in Australia (essential)
- Experience with refrigeration CO2 and rack systems (advantageous)
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Safety-focused approach with strong communication skills
- Accept and complete service calls from the internal customer service team
- Travel to client sites including BWS, BP, hospitals, and more
- Perform preventative maintenance and servicing of refrigeration/HVAC assets
- Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems
- Carry out general repairs (doors, trims, frames, tiling, painting, etc.)
- Record notes and photos using a company-supplied iPad
- Participate in the on-call roster with excellent OT/penalty rates
- Experience with refrigeration CO2 and rack systems (advantageous)
