Your Role

As an Acrylic Bath Installer, you will be responsible for the professional installation of our bath and shower systems while ensuring an outstanding customer experience from start to finish. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals who take pride in their work and enjoy creating beautiful results.

Responsibilities

• Complete bath and shower remodeling projects, often in as little as one day
• Utilize carpentry, trim carpentry, and general construction skills to ensure quality installations
• Follow company installation standards and procedures
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with homeowners
• Keep work areas clean and organized while respecting customer property
• Educate homeowners on the care and maintenance of their new bath systems
• Complete required paperwork and installation photos
• Maintain installation vehicle, tools, and inventory
• Ensure every project meets company quality standards and customer expectations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of carpentry, remodeling, construction, or bathroom installation experience
• Strong measuring and layout skills
• Ability to read and use a tape measure, level, and other hand tools accurately
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Basic plumbing experience is a plus
• Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
