The Impact of Global Head of Partner Success Management at Coupa:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Global Head of Partner Success Management. This role will be pivotal in driving the success of our partnerships and developing new channel partners, through which we intend to drive increased global revenue. The role is key to ensuring that our partners achieve their goals and maximize the value of our products and services, helping the end customers to realise the value from their Coupa investments.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partner success management strategy to drive mutual growth and success for both the company and its partners
- Build and lead a high-performing global team of Partner Success Managers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure their success
- Establish strong relationships with key partners at all levels of the organization, from executives to operational teams, to understand their needs and challenges
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and other teams to align partner success initiatives with overall business objectives
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of partner success initiatives and drive continuous improvement
- Develop and deliver training programs and resources to enable partners to effectively sell, implement, and support our products and services
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners, providing strategic guidance, best practices, and insights to help them achieve their business objectives
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for partnership and growth
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to promote our brand and strengthen relationships with key partners
- Drive initiatives to expand and diversify our partner ecosystem, including recruiting and onboarding new partners as needed
What you will bring to Coupa:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
- years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or a related role in the software industry, with a proven track record of driving partner success and revenue growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with partners and internal stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Willingness to travel globally as needed

The estimated pay range for this role is as follows:
• Based in California: $252,450 - 297,000
•Based in Colorado: $220,150 - 259,000
•Based in New Jersey: $252,450 - 297,000
•Based in New York: $252,450 - 297,000
•Based in Washington: $220,150 - 259,000
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
