Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field required;
  • 10+ years relevant experience including client facing duties
  • 7+ years of experience with software implementations from requirements through design, development and client acceptance using Microsoft technologies (.net, asp.net, VB.NET and/or C# required, Visual Studio.NET 2010 experience desired, XML, web services,) and testing the software.
  • Experience with marketing technologies such as Unica, Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • 7+ years of experience in relational database design utilizing Oracle, administration and support, including OLTP and Warehouse environments
  • Experience working a Cloud environment
  • Familiar with design and development of large-scale applications in parallel computing environment
  • 7+ year of demonstrated experience leading teams
  • Demonstrated technology background in multiple disciplines (system architecture, programming, system administration, database administration, database design, networking technology)
  • Ability to communicate advanced technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • A deep understanding of professional consulting services, marketing strategy and technology, and have outstanding client and team leadership skills
  • Drive development strategies and key deliverables
  • Be a key client advocate internally and externally, anticipating and resolving problems with the client and managing the performance of internal delivery resources
  • Develop and conduct strategic and tactical presentations with clients and lead client meetings
  • Assemble and lead high-performance delivery teams in account, strategy, technology and analytics

Responsibilities
  • Meets client commitments on-time and provides high quality client centric service
  • Maintains a high quality technology solution as evidenced by solution audits and results
  • Identifies solution improvements and efficiency to benefit clients and Targetbase, communicates changes with client/team and manages the implementation of changes within the production schedule
  • Effectively coordinates resources external to direct team. Collaborates with project leads to ensure that resource and revenue forecasts are aligned and that project hours forecast during sales process are tracking with actuals. Manages open requisitions and shift resources across projects as needed. Validate input to resource forecasting tools.
  • Understands, develops and implements strong program management practices (Change Requests, Issue Management, Risk Management, and Decision Tracking) and champions them within the organization
  • Communicates status, issues and risks effectively to client team members
  • Accountable for meeting predetermined revenue objectives, up sell and margin targets while solidifying relationships with existing or new clients.
  • Establishing effective sales and delivery strategy, suggest new strategic projects and initiatives, and meeting/exceeding established client expectations with respect to the quality and strategic thinking.
  • Accountable for working with the sales, strategy, technology and other teams. Responsible for offer development and marketplace execution related to retention services.
  • Responsible for exceeding business objectives, account profitability and customer service satisfaction objectives.
  • Responsible for proactively developing and enhancing long-term client relationships at senior levels.
  • Delivering highly profitable accounts, increasing contribution margin and EBITDA.

  • Meet with clients, account services, and project management teams regularly to keep technology offerings are consistent with portfolio specific needs. Stay abreast of latest technology trends and product offerings, integrating them with client roadmaps
  • Responsible for business development process across verticals including technology design and pricing (infrastructure cost, build hours, manage hours, and all assumptions used to calculate pricing), defining, creating and/or presenting proof-of-concept demos and sales materials.
  • Communicate effectively with direct supervisor and upper management in support of the client, vertical, or project. Synthesize relevant information on key milestones, success criteria, and risks. Escalate critical issues appropriately.
  • Work with project leads and technical management to ensure that implementation teams deliver solutions as promised. Roll in as needed to provide leadership and guidance during crisis
  • Manage budget for capital and operating expenses within the department
  • Ability to reach across a client organization and discover new opportunities for growth (i.e. new brands within a pharmaceutical company, expanding from a physician based solution to a consumer solution, adding a prospecting database to an existing customer solution)
  • Ability to be strategic from a technology perspective and engage in consultative relationships with hopes of driving additional business.

  • Accurately estimates work effort and delivery timelines to support solution change management
  • Accountable for working with the sales, strategy, technology and other teams. Responsible for offer development and marketplace execution related to retention services.

  • Manages career paths by coaching and mentoring direct and indirect reports. Set and regularly review the team’s strategic goals and adjust them to stay in line with corporate goals. Hold associates accountable for their work by setting expectations, achieving commitments, providing feedback, and evaluating effectiveness. Collaborate with peers for succession planning
