Requirements

Minimum 6 years' of hands-on Systems Engineering experience in wireless industry
Hands on experience with installing and troubleshoot Wireless Access Networks and Wireless Network Technologies
Expert knowledge in various protocols for interoperability, performance evaluation and troubleshooting the issues
Experience in RF Performance Analysis and Troubleshooting RF Issues is a major plus
Experience in any one of the 5G,4G,3G and other Radio Access Technologies
Experience with LAN/WAN, Routing protocols, TCP/IP, QoS, Tunneling and security protocols
Knowledgeable in wireless operator methods and practices
Expert written and communications skills
Ability to troubleshoot issues and get into technical discussions with R&D
Established track record as a problem solver and effective team player
Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and manage parallel time-critical tasks
Good understanding of 3GPP standards
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Must be a USC
Ability to Travel as needed
Bachelor's (B.S) or Master's degree (M.A. or M.S.) in Engineering; or equivalent training, education and experience

Responsibilities

Planning, Design, Integration and support of Wireless Networks
Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software technical problems
Execute lab and field ATP
Conduct System and network analysis, problem solving and infrastructure planning
Understand Customer infrastructures, their needs and provide expertise and consulting solutions
Analyze system logs, performance issues and the production environment for live systems
Author and present customer-facing presentations and written technical materials
Perform system analysis on a wide range of network technologies including 3G, 4G, 5G and proprietary systems
Work independently and skilled at knowing when to utilize additional resources and escalate
RF drive testing and KPI monitoring
Define new system requirements based on customer interactions
Key contributor to developing product strategies

We are looking for a Principal or Senior level Wireless Systems Engineer with a strong record of Designing solutions, driving customer activities and discussions.

What you’ll do:

What you must have:
