  • PMP - Preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification - Preferred
  • Experience (communication, authenticity and empathy) in resolving customer escalations
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to influence and drive consensus cross-functionally and at senior levels
  • Exceptional attention to detail and understanding of business, service and product commercialization processes in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry
  • Good understanding of drug/device development process and commercialization - in particular new product launches
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical abilities
  • Strong project management skills, specifically in project planning and bud
  • Experience working internationally with regional partners
  • Team player with strong leadership skills
  • Experience with operational excellence and business process optimization
  • Coordinates cross-functional and regional Technical Service Product Launch Readiness for assigned product families
  • Acts as a central Technical Service representative and collaborator with relevant Surgical Franchise Commercial Teams
  • Manages the Technical Service Customer Escalation Process
  • Manages the implementation and deployment of the commercial and operational strategy for the service business
  • Drives Technical Service effectiveness, builds and strengthens combined technical and commercial capabilities
  • Delivers visible and tangible target trackers and dashboards to focus attention on excellence in execution
  • Ensures Technical Service plans are supported with appropriate tactics, materials and deliverables
  • Champions a culture of continuous improvement driving higher levels of customer satisfaction while delivering operational efficiency and bottom line savings
  • Working in collaboration with key commercial partners to ensure operational alignment of Technical Service functions to commercial strategies
  • Managing cross functional Technical Service alignment on the development of the functions' capacity and capability according to the needs required for the strategic directions as defined by leadership team
