Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
  • At least 12–15 years of progressive experience in technology consulting, software delivery, engineering or digital product development is required.
  • Consulting or professional services experience is required.
  • The candidate must be able to lead multiple technology teams and complex client engagements simultaneously with a high degree of independence.
  • The candidate must have a strong technical foundation and be able to engage credibly with engineers, review code or technical solutions, and guide architecture and delivery decisions.
  • The candidate must have experience delivering modern digital products and platforms in partnership with software engineering, product, design and architecture teams.
  • The candidate must have account leadership experience, including building senior client relationships, navigating complex stakeholder environments and growing existing accounts.
  • The candidate must have experience developing or contributing to statements of work, proposals, delivery estimates and staffing plans.
  • The candidate must have strong financial and operational management skills covering scope, budgets, resourcing, risks and delivery performance.
  • The candidate must be able to resolve escalations, make sound decisions under pressure and guide teams through ambiguous or challenging situations.
Responsibilities
  • Lead delivery across four to five concurrent technology teams and client engagements, ensuring clear priorities, strong execution and high-quality outcomes.
  • Own day-to-day leadership of selected technology accounts as a trusted client partner and primary point of accountability.
  • Build and grow client relationships by understanding business priorities, identifying new opportunities and expanding the company's impact within existing accounts.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership across digital product development, software engineering, architecture and modern delivery practices.
  • Identify opportunities to apply artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to enhance digital products, improve delivery and create value for clients.
  • Engage directly in code, solution design and engineering tradeoffs to guide decisions, unblock teams or address delivery risk.
  • Partner with product, design, engineering and client stakeholders to translate business objectives into practical, scalable technology solutions.
  • Anticipate and resolve delivery challenges, manage escalations and bring structure to complex or high-pressure situations.
  • Maintain a consistent billable contribution across client engagements while combining account leadership with hands-on delivery and direct accountability for client outcomes.
  • Develop delivery plans, staffing approaches, governance, budgets and performance measures across multiple engagements.
  • Support the development of statements of work, proposals, estimates and delivery approaches in partnership with technology and business leaders.
  • Coach and develop delivery and engineering leaders, strengthen team performance and help build scalable capabilities within the technology practice.
