Requirements
- Experience in project management, permit management, architecture, construction, urban planning or operations in an early stage or high-growth tech environment
- An eye for the details

Responsibilities
- Project Management -- Own a pipeline of ADU projects from permit submission to construction; managing cross functional stakeholders throughout the process
- Relationship Management -- Build strong partnerships as the primary contact for homeowners and external/internal stakeholders (design, city officials, operations)
- Permit Coordination -- compile all required documents in compliance with local planning and building codes to minimize permitting timelines
- Permit Monitoring -- ensure timelines are met by all parties involved and projects are delivered on time or ahead of schedule
