Responsibilities
  • Project Management -- Own a pipeline of ADU projects from permit submission to construction; managing cross functional stakeholders throughout the process
  • Relationship Management -- Build strong partnerships as the primary contact for homeowners and external/internal stakeholders (design, city officials, operations)
  • Permit Coordination -- compile all required documents in compliance with local planning and building codes to minimize permitting timelines
  • Permit Monitoring -- ensure timelines are met by all parties involved and projects are delivered on time or ahead of schedule
