Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent experience is required.
  • The role requires 8–12 years of overall work experience and at least 6 years of product management experience, ideally in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Experience with data platform products is strongly preferred.
  • Candidates must understand Customer Data Platform concepts, including profiles, identities, events, attributes, audiences, and activation.
  • Candidates must have experience with data ingestion and management concepts, including sources, streaming and batch pipelines, datasets, catalogs, and data quality.
  • Candidates must have experience with real-time and batch data processing systems.
  • Candidates must be familiar with event-driven architectures, cloud platforms, application programming interfaces, and integration patterns.
  • Candidates must be able to define product vision and translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value.
  • Candidates must have storytelling, communication, product evangelization, cross-team collaboration, and senior leadership engagement skills.
  • Candidates must have experience building lightweight prototypes using tools such as Figma, Lovable, or Cursor.
  • Candidates must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a data-driven mindset, and comfort using analytics tools to derive insights and define actions.
  • Candidates must be able to lead, collaborate, and prioritize across multiple projects in a dynamic, matrixed, geographically distributed environment, including managing morning and night calls as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Define product strategy and proposals that enable enterprises to ingest, unify, govern, and activate customer data in real time in partnership with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
  • Research industry trends in customer data platforms, real-time data processing, data ingestion and management, intelligent activation, and artificial-intelligence-ready data foundations to inform roadmap priorities.
  • Build and execute a roadmap across Sources, Data Collection, Catalog, profile unification, identity, segmentation, activation, and scalability, and define and track key performance indicators that demonstrate customer business value.
  • Translate complex enterprise use cases and jobs-to-be-done into clear, scalable product requirements focused on data ingestion workflows, Edge profile and segmentation use cases, and real-time activation.
  • Collaborate with Adobe Experience Platform artificial intelligence teams to support Knowledge Base construction and Retrieval-Augmented Generation workflows.
  • Work with paid media networks and AdTech platforms to streamline data onboarding and activation flows and ensure high-fidelity data exchange.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering leaders to deliver integrated solutions across Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time Customer Data Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Target.
  • Engage with customers, field teams, and early adopters to validate solutions, iterate quickly, and ensure capabilities deliver reliability, performance, and time-to-value at enterprise scale.
  • Develop frameworks to measure product health and customer adoption, and translate telemetry into actionable roadmaps for engineering and design teams.
Desired Qualifications
  • An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products, including Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time Customer Data Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Target.
  • Exposure to artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts focused on measurement, statistical analysis, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation and Knowledge Base workflows.
  • Experience driving end-to-end value realization initiatives and building frameworks for data-driven product development.

Adobe's Creative and Marketing revenues surge 12% to $4.39B driven by AI adoption

Adobe's Creative and Marketing Professionals segment grew 12% year-over-year to $4.39 billion in first-quarter fiscal 2026, driven by AI adoption and subscription strength. Creative Cloud freemium monthly active users surpassed 80 million, up over 50% annually, whilst generative credit consumption through Firefly surged 45% quarter-over-quarter. The company's enterprise digital experience business showed strong momentum, with GenStudio and Adobe Experience Platform each growing over 30% in annual recurring revenue. Adobe's remaining performance obligations reached $22.22 billion. However, Adobe faces significant competition from Microsoft and Alphabet in AI. Microsoft reported $625 billion in remaining performance obligations and 15 million Microsoft 365 Copilot paid seats, whilst Alphabet's AI Overview feature now reaches 2 billion monthly users.

Oracle, Adobe rally as AI peace hopes lift battered software sector down 23% YTD

Software stocks rallied on hopes for a US-China trade deal, with Oracle and Adobe leading gains. However, the sector remains under pressure this year amid fears that AI tools from OpenAI and Anthropic could enable customers to build software faster and potentially displace vendors. BTIG initiates Adobe and Figma with Neutral ratings on AI growth concerns

BTIG has initiated coverage of Adobe and Figma with Neutral ratings, citing strong market positions but uncertainty around AI-driven growth sustainability. Adobe, which generated approximately $24 billion in revenue in FY25, faces concerns about generative AI's impact on Creative Cloud, which accounts for roughly 60% of revenue. Despite resilient growth and strong margins, Adobe shares have fallen about 55% over five years as questions emerge around pricing power and competition. Adobe launches free AI study tool Acrobat Spaces for students

Adobe has launched Acrobat Spaces, a free AI-powered study tool designed for students. The platform allows users to upload PDFs, documents, PowerPoint files, URLs, handwritten notes and transcripts to generate flashcards, mind maps, quizzes, podcasts and editable presentations. Available on a separate URL without requiring login, Acrobat Spaces competes with tools like Google's NotebookLM, Goodnotes and Turbo AI. Students can also access an AI assistant to ask questions, with responses grounded in uploaded documents to reduce errors. Adobe developed the product by testing it with 500 students from universities including Harvard, Berkeley and Brown. Charlie Miller, VP of Education at Adobe, said the company aims to create a one-stop shop for reading and material creation, eliminating the need to move documents between different platforms.
