Job Description:
What You’ll Do
Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of initiatives, product enhancements, and customer experience activities. Lead Product Enhancement Management.
Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
How You’ll Do It
Responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and management of initiatives.
Leads customer experience process evaluations and enhancements.
Partners with team to identify ways to innovate product offerings.
Manages projects and initiatives. Leads work streams to support project launches.
Partners with the business to ensure projects are delivering on business strategies.
Conducts product maintenance activities including product documentation updates and complaints tracking.
Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business Administration and
4+ years Marketing, Financial Services Marketing, Product Management
In lieu of degree, must have at least 8+ Marketing, Financial Services Marketing, Product Management

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500.00 to $131,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
