Responsibilities
  • Work with largest and most complex customers to help them successfully embed Encord into their AI applications
  • Collaborate with Sales, Growth, and Engineering teams
  • Report directly to the co-founders
  • Lead meetings with CTOs, founders, and lead ML engineers
  • Prioritize time effectively
  • Strengthen existing customer relationships and develop new ones
  • Apply product knowledge to customer pain points
